We are offering an exceptional opportunity for talented individuals to build a career in television and media production at the world’s largest sports media production company.
The Advantage Programme offers individuals the opportunity to become the next generation of Producers, Digital Producers, Production Managers, Production Executives and Digital Content Managers. During the course of the 12-month programme trainees will receive the highest level of training whilst being mentored by senior members of our Production teams.
We have four different streams within the Advantage Programme: Management, Editorial, Digital and Digital Content Delivery.
Management stream: Working with a Production team within IMG Sports Media, this placement provides direct exposure to production planning, budgeting, and management.
Editorial stream: Again working within a Production team, this placement involves contributing to the production process throughout the full cycle; concept and programme development, securing a commission, research; pre-production, filming, post-production and delivery.
Digital stream: This placement includes research, shooting, editing, loggings and managing onsite content and social media.
Digital Content Delivery stream: This placement focuses on building the foundations of understanding how technical infrastructure and workflows can create and delivery content worldwide.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate through their experience; their knowledge, interest and passion for Media and Production.
