BBC – Production Management Assistant

Role Responsibility

The primary purpose of the role will be to assist in the delivery of accurate Rotas and assist a team of Staff Schedulers by providing comprehensive administrative support with scheduling and the payment of Contingent Workers (Freelance and Casuals). You will be an integral member of a dynamic Staffing team who are focused on scheduling their Staff base and Contingent Workers for each area to monthly deadlines. Overall you will support the Staff Schedulers in achieving the departmental goals BBC Sport.

While this is the primary role of the Production Management Assistant (Work Place Scheduling), you may also be asked to work across different projects or platforms.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a proactive individual with excellent administrative and organisational skills. A keen eye for detail and previous experience of working with SmartBook and WorkPlace are essential requirements for the role.

Our Production Management Assistant (Work Place Scheduling) will be highly organised, have great interpersonal skills and will take pride in completing tasks accurately, on-time and to the highest of standards.
